Gianni’s experience, his know-how and his ability to interpret business have led him to fulfill a big and ambitious project, that will bring the name and success of La Briciola in the United States: La Briciola in Miami, La Briciola in Los Angeles, etc.
This program has already been partly fulfilled: in the Caribbean island of Santo Domingo, Gianni is already famous.
In a typical environment and a charming atmosphere, his genuine dishes acquire something more, a tropical flavour.
Twenty years have passed, a long period during which La Briciola has grown together with its customers: and it is thanks to them that a restaurant has had the opportunity to change into the most cozy of environments, almost a home, certainly a pleasant place where you can chat with someone and appreciate not only good cuisine, but also a relaxed and amusing atmosphere.
Friends, not customers, who go to Gianni’s for friendship, to spend a nice evening, a break from the stress of the town.
Also, Gianni offers good music, special wines, a special dish of the evening, and maybe you find yourself seated at the table next to some show-biz type, a stylist or a top model.
This happens not only at La Briciola, but also at Il Giallo and All’Amour, the other two restaurants of Gianni’s, who have followed in time.
Gianni wanted them to offer something different and something more to his friends, but still with the same nice atmosphere.
Gianni does his job out of passion: son of restaurant owners, he loves good cuisine and has an inborn sense of hospitality.
He tries to discover and to understand what the people expects from a restaurant; he is open to suggestions and advice.
In this way, his restaurants are not only his, but also ours. That’s why it is nice to stay until late at Gianni’s and to go back to see him.
